Why there's no queue here
The printers run in parallel rather than one after another. In practice that means your job isn't waiting behind somebody else's eight-hour print. If it's urgent, say so. Usually something can be moved.
Why multiple nozzles matter
A multi-nozzle printer can use dissolvable support. That makes shapes possible that a single-nozzle machine simply cannot produce: internal channels, cavities and overhangs whose support would otherwise have to be broken out, leaving marks. Instead it just dissolves away.
Materials
Standard technical plastics. An enclosed machine adds the materials that would contract and warp on an open printer. If you have a firm requirement (heat resistance, stiffness, UV stability, food contact), ask. Usually it's solvable, and when it isn't I'll say that too.
Filament is kept in vacuum bags with regenerable silica gel and dried on a cycle. Damp filament foams in the nozzle and gives a weak, rough part. Dry material isn't an added extra, it's part of the result.
Engraving and marking
If a part needs an engraving, a serial number or laser marking, mention it when you ask for a quote. Usually it can be handled inside the same order.
